League of Lights working on new album

League of Lights are currently recording their second album in Surrey, England. The new record sees the duo adding electro rock and cinematic elements to their sound. "It feels like the most exciting record I've ever worked on"  enthuses keyboard player Richard West. "I can't stop listening to our recordings, it reminds me of making music as a kid and feeling so happy that you don't want to listen to anything else!"

Most of the music is now written and recording is under way. All the songs are composed by vocalist Farrah West and Richard West who is also producing the album. The duo have yet to announce who will make guest appearances on the album. Past collaborators have included Ruud Jolie (Within Temptation), Mark Zonder (Fates Warning), Jerry Meehan (Robbie Williams) and Glynn Morgan (Threshold).
